It also means no two are alike, so each pair here was matched by hand from my own stock for size, shape, and overtone.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBecause a Keshi pearl has no regular crown, the cap that meets it is carved in wax directly against that pearl and follows its ridges, so it sits without a gap. That part cannot be repeated exactly on another stone.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAbove the pearl, a fine circle of gold is set with white diamonds around its full circumference, 24 stones per pair, 0.12 CT in total. The circle is left open at the centre so light passes through it and it does not read as a solid disc.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach earring measures 23 mm overall. Made in 14K yellow gold with a hook fitting.
