Liliane wanted three stones. Past, present, future, the way that arrangement has always been read. What I gave her was the same idea I keep coming back to at the bench: gold that wraps rather than grips.

The band splits and comes around the diamonds from both sides, closing over them and leaving an opening between. From above it reads as an eye. From the side it is one continuous curve with no visible claws, no separate head sitting on top of the shank. The three stones look set into the metal rather than perched above it.

As made for her: a 0.71 carat round brilliant at the center with a 0.30 carat round brilliant on each side, 1.31 carats in all, in 18K yellow gold.

Ordering

The stones have not been sent to a gemological laboratory. The grades above are our own assessment at the bench, made by eye and by loupe, and we would rather tell you that than imply a certificate we do not have. Each finished ring is supplied with a written appraisal for insurance.

The prices shown are for the ring as made for Liliane. Larger or smaller stones, colored gemstones, lab grown diamonds, or a different gold change the number. Write to us with what you have in mind and we will price the ring before anything is made.
