Shipping policy
This policy is provided in both English and Hebrew. In case of any differences between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
Shipping Policy (English)
Every order leaves my Jerusalem studio by FedEx or DHL Express, insured and signed for, door to door. There are no exceptions to this.
Processing time
How long a piece takes to leave the studio depends on what it is:
- In stock: within 3 business days
- Made to order: about two weeks
- One of a Kind and commissions: agreed with you before work begins
You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your piece is collected.
Transit
Once a parcel is collected it usually goes on a flight the same day, and reaches most destinations within 1 to 3 days. Customs processing can add time, and that part is outside my control.
Duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside Israel may be subject to local VAT and import duties. These are set by your own country and are your responsibility as the recipient. They are separate from the price you paid me and are not refundable.
Rates vary from country to country. If the amount matters to your decision, check with your local customs office before you order.
Return shipping
Where a return is accepted, return shipping and any customs charges on the return are yours to cover, and shipping costs already paid are not refunded. Please use a tracked and insured service and send me the tracking number. I cannot take responsibility for a return that does not arrive.

מדיניות משלוחים (עברית)
כל הזמנה יוצאת מהסטודיו שלי בירושלים באמצעות FedEx או DHL Express, מבוטחת ועם אישור מסירה, מדלת לדלת. אין יוצא מן הכלל.
זמן הכנה
משך הזמן עד שהתכשיט יוצא מהסטודיו תלוי בסוג הפריט:
- במלאי: תוך 3 ימי עסקים
- בהזמנה מיוחדת: כשבועיים
- ייחודי ובספוק: נקבע איתך לפני תחילת העבודה
פרטי מעקב יישלחו אליך במייל מיד עם איסוף החבילה.
זמן המשלוח
לאחר האיסוף החבילה עולה בדרך כלל לטיסה באותו יום ומגיעה לרוב היעדים תוך יום עד שלושה ימים. בדיקות מכס עשויות להוסיף זמן, וזה חלק שאינו בשליטתי.
מכס ומיסים
הזמנות הנשלחות אל מחוץ לישראל עשויות להיות חייבות במע״מ ובמיסי יבוא מקומיים. אלה נקבעים על ידי המדינה שאליה נשלחה החבילה והם באחריותך כמקבל. הם נפרדים מהמחיר ששילמת לי ואינם ניתנים להחזר.
השיעורים משתנים ממדינה למדינה. אם הסכום משמעותי עבורך, כדאי לברר מול רשות המכס המקומית לפני ההזמנה.
משלוח חזרה
במקרים שבהם החזרה מתקבלת, עלות המשלוח חזרה וכל חיוב מכס עליו חלים עליך, ודמי משלוח ששולמו אינם מוחזרים. יש להשתמש בשירות עם מעקב וביטוח ולשלוח לי את מספר המעקב. איני יכול לקחת אחריות על החזרה שאינה מגיעה.
