A sea anemone looks like a flower but is an animal, a soft body fixed to the rock with a crown of tentacles that open into the current and close again when something passes too close.

The necklace is a long, fine chain with seven small hollow nuggets of gold spaced along it, brushed so the surface stays soft and matte, each with a 0.01 carat diamond, 0.07 carat across the necklace. It is made in two lengths, 87 or 95 cm, at the same price.

The 95 cm chain can be worn long, falling low over the chest with one nugget resting at the center, or wrapped twice around the neck as a shorter double strand, the seven nuggets gathering at different heights on the two rows. Worn together, the 87 and the 95 sit one beneath the other, fourteen nuggets moving on two lines.

One necklace is finished and in the studio now, 95 cm in 14K yellow gold. Every other length and gold is made to order.
