The band coils rather than circles. It thickens to about 6.2 mm where the curves are widest and thins to around 4 mm at the back, so the weight of it sits differently depending on how it lands on the wrist.

I sculpted the original in wax on my own hand, cut it back and reshaped it until the curve sat right, then cast it in silver. That is why the line is not geometric. It was found by hand rather than drawn.

The bangle is open, 60 mm across. You ease it open to get it over the wrist and press it back to fit. Silver is soft enough to take that without fighting you, and it holds where you leave it.

The gold and rose here are plating over solid silver. Plating wears where the metal meets skin, and on a bangle that moves against the wrist expect to replate every year or two. Plain silver needs nothing and simply darkens with time.
