Once you open the product page, you can select the product you want, your size if it is a ring, then you can click "Add to Cart."
When you added your item to the cart, you can continue shopping or proceed to purchase.
When you want to proceed to checkout, you can review your Shopping Cart, then either Sign in to My Account, Register as a new customer, or Check Out as a Guest.

- Select your preferred Shipping Method.
- Complete your payment method.
We accept credit card payments, Paypal payments, and Wire transfers.
You will immediately receive an order confirmation. We will process orders and shipping within 8 working days. You will receive another confirmation with tracking information.
Should you want to purchase a ''One of a Kind'' item, you are invited to contact us for more information.
All our products are shipped with secured delivery methods.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please make sure the returned product is carefully wrapped and provide a tracking number for all returned items. We are not responsible for lost items coming back to our offices.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Duty and Taxes

Orders are subject to local VAT (Value Added Tax) and Import Fees. Payment of VAT and Import fees is the sole responsibility of the Client. We recommend contacting your local customs office for charges before ordering.
Customs policies and import duties may vary from country to country.
VAT and Customs costs are nonrefundable.
LAYANI Fine Jewelry benefits from lower (or none) rates of duty as part of the EUR.1 movement certificate.
This Limited Warranty applies to each item of jewelry, and only for each item of jewelry, purchased from LAYANI Fine Jewelry.
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship.
LAYANI Fine Jewelry will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
Repairs or warranty services performed by someone other than LAYANI Fine Jewelry, conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
Returns & refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Items Not Eligible
The Limited Editions, Special Orders and Sales Items and Gift Cards are not eligible for refunds.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You are responsible for all shipping & tracking costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
