These Terms of Service are provided in both English and Hebrew. In case of any differences between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.

Overview
This website is operated by LAYANI Fine Jewelry. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to LAYANI Fine Jewelry. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from it, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the additional policies referenced here or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the website. If you do not agree to them, you may not use the site or its services.
Any new features or tools added to the store are also subject to these Terms. We may update or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes to this page, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform through which we sell to you.
Section 1 – Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any law in your jurisdiction, including copyright law. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or code of a destructive nature. Any breach of these Terms results in immediate termination of your Services.
Section 2 – General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
You understand that your content, not including payment card information, may be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmission over various networks and adaptation to technical requirements. Payment card information is always encrypted during transfer.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission. Headings in this agreement are for convenience only.
Section 3 – Accuracy and Timeliness of Information
We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material here is for general information only and should not be your sole basis for a decision. Any reliance on it is at your own risk.
This site may contain historical information, provided for reference only. We may modify the contents of the site at any time but have no obligation to update it.
Section 4 – Modifications to the Service and Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, without notice, and we are not liable to you or any third party for any such change.
Section 5 – Products and Services
Certain products may be available exclusively online, in limited quantities, and subject to return only in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
I have made every effort to display the colours and images of my pieces as accurately as possible, but I cannot guarantee that your screen will render colour accurately. Natural stones and pearls also vary from one to the next, and that variation is part of the material rather than a defect.
We may limit sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, limit quantities, and discontinue any product at any time. All descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.
Section 5A – Returns, Exchanges and Commissions
Some pieces are held in stock and ship within 3 business days. Others are made to order in my Jerusalem studio, and One of a Kind pieces and commissions are made individually for one client.
Pieces made to order, One of a Kind pieces, commissions, limited editions, sale items, and gift cards are not returnable or exchangeable.
Ready-made pieces from the catalogue may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Shipping, customs, and handling fees are not refundable.
Please write to sales@layanijewelry.com before sending anything back. We may decline any return that does not meet these conditions. Full details are in the Return and Refund Policy.
Section 5B – Commissions, Design Fees and Ownership of Designs
A commission begins with a design fee of $250 USD for each rendering, covering up to three rounds of revisions. Further revisions are $80 USD each, agreed in advance. Each separate design direction carries its own fee.
If you proceed with the order, the full amount is credited against the price of the finished piece. If you decide not to proceed after a rendering is complete, the fee is not refunded, because the work has already been done.
All designs, renderings, sketches, and 3D models produced by LAYANI Fine Jewelry remain the intellectual property of LAYANI Fine Jewelry. A rendering is provided to you solely so that you may approve your own piece. It is not sold to you, and it is not licensed for reproduction or manufacture by you or by any third party.
Section 5C – Warranty and Authenticity
All pieces are made with genuine precious metals and natural stones. Where applicable, diamonds and gemstones are accompanied by a gemological certificate.
Every piece is covered against defects in material and workmanship under normal wear. If something fails because of how it was made, I will repair or replace it at no charge.
This does not cover ordinary wear, accidental damage, loss, or any work done on the piece by someone else. Once another jeweller has opened or altered a piece, we can no longer stand behind it.
Section 6 – Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We may refuse any order and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to update it promptly so that we can complete transactions and contact you.
Section 7 – Optional Tools
We may provide access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control. Such tools are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, and any use of them is at your own risk.
Section 8 – Third-Party Links
Content and services available through our Service may include material from third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating third-party content or websites and accept no liability for them.
Section 9 – User Comments, Feedback and Submissions
By submitting comments, ideas, or suggestions, you agree that we may use, edit, copy, publish, distribute, or translate them without restriction. We are under no obligation to keep them confidential, to pay compensation, or to respond. Your comments must not violate any third-party right or contain unlawful, abusive, or obscene material.
Section 10 – Personal Information
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Section 11 – Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
There may occasionally be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on the site. We may correct errors and update information at any time without prior notice.
Section 12 – Prohibited Uses
You may not use the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to violate any law, to infringe our intellectual property, to harass or discriminate, or to transmit malicious code. We may terminate your use of the Service for any prohibited use.
Section 13 – Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service and all products are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated in Section 5C.
In no case shall LAYANI Fine Jewelry be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any product.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LAYANI Fine Jewelry from any claim or demand, including legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LAYANI Fine Jewelry.
Section 18 – Governing Law
These Terms and any agreement under which we provide Services are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Jerusalem have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

חלק מהתכשיטים נמצאים במלאי ונשלחים תוך 3 ימי עסקים. אחרים נוצרים בהזמנה בסטודיו שלי בירושלים, ותכשיטים ייחודיים ועבודות בספוק נוצרים באופן פרטני עבור לקוח אחד.
פריטים שנוצרו בהזמנה, פריטים ייחודיים, עבודות בספוק, מהדורות מוגבלות, פריטי מבצע וכרטיסי מתנה אינם ניתנים להחזרה או להחלפה.
פריטי מדף מהקטלוג ניתנים להחזרה בתוך 14 יום ממועד המסירה, ובלבד שהפריט ללא שימוש, באריזתו המקורית ובליווי הוכחת רכישה. דמי משלוח, מכס ועמלות טיפול אינם מוחזרים.
יש לכתוב לכתובת sales@layanijewelry.com לפני שליחת פריט חזרה. אנו רשאים לדחות החזרה שאינה עומדת בתנאים אלה. הפירוט המלא מופיע במדיניות ההחזרות.
סעיף 5ב – עבודות בספוק, דמי עיצוב ובעלות על העיצוב
עבודת בספוק מתחילה בדמי עיצוב בסך 250 דולר לכל הדמיה, הכוללים עד שלושה סבבי תיקונים. כל סבב נוסף בעלות 80 דולר, בתיאום מראש. כל כיוון עיצובי נפרד נושא דמי עיצוב משלו.
אם תמשיך להזמנה, מלוא הסכום מקוזז ממחיר התכשיט המוגמר. אם תחליט שלא להמשיך לאחר שההדמיה הושלמה, דמי העיצוב אינם מוחזרים, מפני שהעבודה כבר בוצעה.
כל העיצובים, ההדמיות, השרטוטים והמודלים התלת ממדיים שנוצרים על ידי LAYANI Fine Jewelry נותרים קניינה הרוחני של LAYANI Fine Jewelry. ההדמיה נמסרת לך אך ורק לצורך אישור התכשיט שלך. היא אינה נמכרת לך ואינה מורשית לשכפול או לייצור על ידך או על ידי כל צד שלישי.
סעיף 5ג – אחריות ואותנטיות

האחריות אינה מכסה בלאי רגיל, נזק תאונתי, אובדן, או עבודה שבוצעה בתכשיט על ידי אדם אחר. מרגע שצורף אחר פתח או שינה את התכשיט, איננו יכולים עוד לעמוד מאחוריו.
סעיף 6 – דיוק פרטי החיוב והחשבון
אנו רשאים לסרב לכל הזמנה ולהגביל או לבטל כמויות לאדם, למשק בית או להזמנה. עליך למסור פרטי רכישה וחשבון מלאים ומדויקים ולעדכנם במהירות, כדי שנוכל להשלים עסקאות וליצור איתך קשר.
סעיף 7 – כלים אופציונליים

תנאים אלה, יחד עם מדיניות הפרטיות, מדיניות המשלוחים ומדיניות ההחזרות, מהווים את ההסכם המלא בינך לבין LAYANI Fine Jewelry.
סעיף 18 – הדין החל
