Refund policy
This policy is provided in both English and Hebrew. In case of any differences between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
Return and Refund Policy (English)
If something is wrong with your order, tell me. I would rather fix it than have you keep a piece you are unhappy with.
What can be returned
Returns are accepted on ready-made pieces from the catalogue within 14 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
What cannot be returned
Pieces made to order, One of a Kind pieces, commissions, limited editions, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. Each one was made for a specific person or exists only once.
How to return
Write to me at sales@layanijewelry.com before sending anything back, and I will tell you where to ship it.
Return shipping and any customs charges on the return are yours to cover, and shipping costs already paid are not refunded. Please use a tracked and insured service and send me the tracking number. I cannot take responsibility for a return that does not arrive.
Refunds
Once your return arrives I will inspect it and email you either way. If it is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your card issuer or bank.
If a refund has not reached you after a reasonable time, check with your card company and your bank first, since both add processing time at their end. If it still has not arrived, write to me.
Commissions and design fees
A commission begins with a design fee of $250 USD for each rendering, covering up to three rounds of revisions. Further revisions are $80 USD each, agreed in advance. Each separate design direction carries its own fee.
If you go ahead with the order, the full amount is credited against the price of the finished piece. If you decide not to proceed after a rendering is complete, the fee is not refunded, because the work has already been done.
The design itself, including every rendering and drawing I produce, remains my work and my property. It is sent to you so you can approve the piece, and it is not licensed for production by anyone else.
Warranty
Every piece I make is covered against defects in material and workmanship under normal wear. If something fails because of how it was made, I will repair or replace it at no charge.
This does not cover ordinary wear, accidental damage, loss, or any work done on the piece by someone else. Once another jeweller has opened or altered a piece, I can no longer stand behind it.
Gifts
If a piece was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, an approved return is credited to you rather than refunded to the buyer. If it was not marked as a gift, the refund goes back to whoever paid.

אם משהו אינו כשורה בהזמנה שלך, ספר לי. אני מעדיף לתקן מאשר שתישאר עם תכשיט שאינך מרוצה ממנו.
מה ניתן להחזיר
החזרות מתקבלות על פריטי מדף מהקטלוג בתוך 14 יום ממועד המסירה. הפריט חייב להיות ללא שימוש, באריזתו המקורית, ובליווי הוכחת רכישה.
מה אינו ניתן להחזרה
פריטים שנוצרו בהזמנה, פריטים ייחודיים, עבודות בספוק, מהדורות מוגבלות, פריטי מבצע וכרטיסי מתנה אינם ניתנים להחזרה. כל אחד מהם נוצר עבור אדם מסוים או קיים בעותק אחד בלבד.
איך מחזירים
יש לכתוב לי לכתובת sales@layanijewelry.com לפני שליחת הפריט חזרה, ואמסור לך לאן לשלוח אותו.
עלות המשלוח חזרה וכל חיוב מכס עליו חלים עליך, ודמי משלוח ששולמו אינם מוחזרים. יש להשתמש בשירות עם מעקב וביטוח ולשלוח לי את מספר המעקב. איני יכול לקחת אחריות על החזרה שאינה מגיעה.
החזרים כספיים
עם קבלת ההחזרה אבדוק אותה ואשלח לך מייל בכל מקרה. אם ההחזרה מאושרת, ההחזר הכספי יבוצע לאמצעי התשלום המקורי. משך הזמן עד שהכסף מופיע תלוי בחברת האשראי או בבנק שלך.
אם ההחזר לא הגיע אליך בתוך זמן סביר, כדאי לבדוק תחילה מול חברת האשראי ומול הבנק, שכן שניהם מוסיפים זמן עיבוד מצדם. אם עדיין לא הגיע, כתוב לי.
עבודות בספוק ודמי עיצוב
עבודת בספוק מתחילה בדמי עיצוב בסך 250 דולר לכל הדמיה, הכוללים עד שלושה סבבי תיקונים. כל סבב נוסף בעלות 80 דולר, בתיאום מראש. כל כיוון עיצובי נפרד נושא דמי עיצוב משלו.
אם תמשיך להזמנה, מלוא הסכום מקוזז ממחיר התכשיט המוגמר. אם תחליט שלא להמשיך לאחר שההדמיה הושלמה, דמי העיצוב אינם מוחזרים, מפני שהעבודה כבר בוצעה.
העיצוב עצמו, לרבות כל הדמיה ושרטוט שאני מפיק, נותר עבודתי וקנייני. הוא נשלח אליך לצורך אישור התכשיט בלבד, ואינו מורשה לייצור על ידי אף גורם אחר.
אחריות
כל תכשיט שאני מייצר מכוסה מפני פגמים בחומר ובעבודה בשימוש רגיל. אם משהו נכשל בשל אופן הייצור, אתקן או אחליף ללא תשלום.
האחריות אינה מכסה בלאי רגיל, נזק תאונתי, אובדן, או עבודה שבוצעה בתכשיט על ידי אדם אחר. מרגע שצורף אחר תיקן או שינה את התכשיט, איני יכול עוד לעמוד מאחוריו.
מתנות
אם הפריט סומן כמתנה ונשלח ישירות אליך, החזרה מאושרת תזוכה לטובתך ולא לטובת הרוכש. אם הפריט לא סומן כמתנה, ההחזר יבוצע למי ששילם.
