Please review the following terms regarding orders, shipping, custom pieces, duties, warranties, and returns.

Orders

Once you select a product on our website, you may choose the desired size (for rings) and click “Add to Cart.”

You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout at any time.

During checkout:

Review your Shopping Cart.
Sign in, register, or check out as a guest.
Complete your billing and shipping details.
Choose your preferred shipping method.
Select a payment option.

We accept credit cards, PayPal, and bank wire transfers.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Processing and shipping typically take up to 8 business days.
You will then receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Custom & One-of-a-Kind Orders

At LAYANI Fine Jewelry, we offer a personalized design experience tailored to your vision.
To begin the custom design process, a non-refundable deposit of $600 is required for each 3D simulation.

The deposit is fully credited toward the final cost of your piece if you proceed with the order.
If the custom order is canceled after the simulation stage, the deposit will be retained to cover design and development costs.
Once production begins, custom and personalized pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Shipping

All pieces are shipped securely with insured delivery.

Processing time: up to 8 business days unless otherwise stated.
Shipping confirmation and tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Returns Shipping

If you need to return an item:

You are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the package is securely wrapped.
Please use a trackable and insured shipping service.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs fees, which vary by country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
VAT and customs fees are non-refundable.

LAYANI Fine Jewelry may benefit from lower or zero-duty rates under the EUR.1 Movement Certificate.

Product Warranty

All LAYANI Fine Jewelry pieces are covered by a Limited Warranty that protects against defects in material or workmanship under normal use.

We will repair or replace any item that proves defective, at no charge.

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repair.
Normal wear and tear or damage from improper care.
Alterations or repairs performed by anyone other than LAYANI Fine Jewelry.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Items must be:

Unused and in their original condition.
Packaged securely in the original box.
Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
Limited editions or special orders.
Sale items and gift cards.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days (depending on your card issuer).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the expected processing time:

Check your bank account or credit card statement.
Contact your card company or bank — processing may take time.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the gift was sent to the purchaser, the refund will be made to the original buyer.
