Jewelry that comes apart.
Every stud here has the same small loop at its lower edge, and every drop closes onto it with a gold wire that holds under tension and releases when you want it to. Any drop fits any stud. Wear the studs alone through the day and add a pearl in the evening, or change the stone instead of changing the earring.
The same mechanism runs through the pendants. A wire follows the outline of the piece so it stays out of sight, and the pearl lifts off, leaving a gold form that was designed to be worn on its own.
