Two earrings that are also four. The gold stud sits on the lobe on its own, and the Keshi pearl hangs below it on a second element that lifts off. Wear the studs through the day and add the pearls in the evening, without changing earrings.
The pearls come off by the same principle used across my interchangeable pieces. A gold wire runs up the back of the drop, following its outline so it stays out of sight, and closes into a small loop that holds the pearl under tension. Firm enough that it will not release on its own, and easy when you want it to.
Each pearl is a Keshi baroque, grown without a nucleus, which is why the surface folds and no two are the same. The cap that meets the pearl is carved in wax directly against it, following the ridges of its crown so it sits without a gap. That is the part that cannot be repeated exactly, and the reason each pair is its own.
The gold is worked in a fine brushed texture across the outer surfaces with the edges left polished, so the two elements read as one line when they hang together.
Studs measure 15 x 5 mm. The pearls are roughly 10 x 15 mm. Assembled, each earring measures 19 x 14 mm.
This pair has sold. I can make it again with another pair of Keshi pearls from my own stock, matched by hand for size and lustre. No two Keshi pearls are identical, so yours will differ a little in shape and overtone. Made in 18K yellow gold. 14K, white and rose gold are available to order.
Other pearls and coloured stones can be made to fit the same mechanism, so one pair of studs can carry several drops. Tell me what you have in mind.

Shipping & Making Time
Your order will be made within 14 business days from the time of payment (excluding Fridays and Saturdays) and will be sent to you via FeDeX-insured express D2D shipping with no extra charge. Before the jewelry is sent to you, you will be notified of the package tracking number. When completing the order please include your email address and cell phone number so the shipping company can contact you. Please note that you may be charged taxes by your country's customs, please check this before you purchase

Orders
Choose your piece on its product page, select your size or options if there are any, and add it to the cart. At checkout you can sign in, register, or check out as a guest.
Payment is processed through PayPlus, which handles all major credit cards on a secured standard. PayPal and bank transfer are also accepted.
You will receive an order confirmation immediately. A second email follows with tracking information once your piece is on its way.

Shipping
Every order leaves my Jerusalem studio by FedEx or DHL Express, insured and signed for, door to door. There are no exceptions to this.
How long a piece takes to leave the studio depends on what it is:
- In stock: within 3 business days
- Made to order: about two weeks
- One of a Kind and commissions: agreed with you before work begins
Once a parcel is collected it usually goes on a flight the same day, and reaches most destinations within 1 to 3 days. Customs processing can add time, and that part is outside my control.
Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped outside Israel may be subject to local VAT and import duties. These are set by your own country and are your responsibility as the recipient, not mine. They are separate from the price you paid me and are not refundable.
Rates vary from country to country. If the amount matters to your decision, check with your local customs office before you order.
Commissions and Custom Design
Every commission begins with a design fee of $250 USD for each rendering. This pays for the time I spend developing a detailed 3D visualization of your piece, usually several days of work.
The fee covers up to three rounds of revisions on that rendering. Further revisions are $80 USD each, agreed with you in advance.
If you request more than one design direction, each rendering carries its own $250 fee, because each one is a separate piece of work.
When you go ahead with the order, the full amount you paid in design fees is credited against the price of the finished piece. You do not pay twice.
If you decide not to proceed after a rendering is complete, the fee is not refunded. The work has already been done.
The design itself, including every rendering and drawing I produce, remains my work and my property. It is sent to you so you can approve the piece, and it is not licensed for production by anyone else.
Particularly complex models may carry an additional design fee. I will tell you before starting, never after.
Returns, Refunds and Warranty
In short: ready-made pieces from the catalogue can be returned within 14 days, unworn and in their original packaging. Pieces made to order, One of a Kind pieces and commissions cannot, because each one was made for a specific person. Every piece I make is covered against defects in material and workmanship.
The full terms are set out in my return and refund policy, my shipping policy, and sections 5A to 5C of my terms of service. If something is wrong with your order, write to me before anything else. I would rather fix it than have you keep a piece you are unhappy with.
